P183 6 Channel Auto Programmer

Six-channel temperature control programmer. 

Facility to preset the three primary segments of PWHT; rate of heating above a start temperature, soak temperature and time and rate of cooling down to an end temperature. The P183 unit also has a number of additional features including:

• automatic hold if permitted temperature tolerances are exceeded
• thermocouple open circuit detection
• in manual mode, the set point only can be preset
• in the event of power loss temperature ramps up from the hottest channel to the set profile to prevent overheating.

Housed within a rugged steel casing, rear polarised panel mount Type K thermocouple sockets to the rear (contact us for other thermocouple types). A flying lead is also fitted to the rear of the case for the 110V AC input power from the heat treatment transformer or distribution.
